The company has been incorporated as a foreign direct investment (FDI) in Korea, and Chaeum has provided one-stop full legal services thereof including (i) dealing and liaising with HSBC Seoul office, a foreign exchange bank, for notification of investment, remittance of investment capital and opening a bank account; (ii) preparing and filing documents for incorporation of a company before the local court; (iii) obtaining a business registration from a local taxation office; and (iv) obtaining a FDI certificate.
